I really couldn't be happier with the service I received from Michael Graham and must especially mention Scott Reynolds. Scott took the time to understand the property and reached a very fair valuation. He got things moving very quickly when I decided to put the property on the market and I had viewings and feedback within days. In fact, in just two weeks, I received three offers, all at 98% and above of the asking price. The house was sold to a buyer who was known to the branch (they'd sold him his last house) and so the process of reaching a sale couldn't have been easier. There were some bumps in the road, most particularly with the buyers solicitor who was awful, but Scott and his colleague Antoinette worked incredibly hard to sort out the issues and kept me updated all the way through.The old saying "you get what you pay for" is certainly true. I simply don't believe that any of the other local estate agents and definitely none of the online estate agents could have done the job this well. My sincere thanks go to both Scott and Antoinette who made me one very happy customer!
