COMPLETE RIP OFF STAY AWAY!!!! THEY CHARGE YOU FOR NOTHING.
Utterly rude and ignorant behaviour. They speak to customers like if they are talking to their enemies. No manners, no professionalism and no way of customer service. I feel sorry for the landlords they represent - as they clearly do not know what a farce of a letting agency they are. I am also a professional business woman and I cannot believe the other review I just read, and even though it is 3 years old, this agency has not changed a bit. Disgraceful.
Unprofessional , extremely incompetent and horribly arrogant , rude describes this Letting Agency.We are both business owners and professional people used to dealing with business people in a professional and courteous manor, after viewing a property and saying a big yes to it, given a form to complete, less than 24 hours later we called to pay the deposit and find out some answers that this shower were going to ask their client, to be told oh its already gone, trying to find out how this happened or why , amounted to being hung up numerous times , lied to " no the manager isn't here" when he was and answered the phone, then told by the manager, "I can do what I want and let to who I want " and then hung up . shocking!!. There will be other properties ,but that's not the point, an apology or explanation would have been acceptable, how many other people have had this sort or treatment? I have now written to the ARLA , unfortunately for Jackson Pyne they have picked on the wrong people to roll over and take shabby treatment.
