Fantastic service
I booked through an app and received confirmation. I called to say Ill be 10-15 min late and the lady said she cannot see my booking. Then she found it after a minute and said they wont do my very simple blowdry as the are overbooked. She said she will contact with manager and let me know if they can squeeze me. Till today no one called me. Its clear they dont need new customers and dont care for it. Such a pity... they left me without my hair done before massive party on Saturday afternoon when I had no chance to book anything else and didnt even bothered to apologize...
