I've been to two Brown Hairdressing group salons, here and Olney, both disappointing for the same reason. There was no service or welcoming environment. The staff were either more interested in talking to each other or not talking at all. Was not overly pleased with the hair cut but it wasn't a disaster. I wouldn't recommend poorly because I felt uneasy the whole time.
