Very rude and grumpy cashier with Name Louise! Very poor customers service!! Slow as it can just be!! To stop just to post a present in the post office was my big mistake! Will never return here. Do not recommend anyone!! I understand when you paid 8.00an hour probably nothing much interest you can show: I am so so So disappointed!
Would like to give zero stars but sadly not an option. Incredibly rude woman NOT bothering to serve or even acknowledge customers. Maybe this is why this post office has a rating of 2.1 stars out of 5! Go elsewhere, it will be quicker and you won't feel like you are inconveniencing them!
Worst post office in Milton Keynes. Staff not willing to help with anything. They don't even have a sponge with water to seal the envelope and they telling you to use your tongue. I wont use this post office again.
Overcharged me for sending a parcel. I disputed this with them but a jobsworth kept saying it was too big for large letter but I could easily fit my parcel through the large letter template.
After driving all the way to Stony Stratford, staff advised that the post office has shut down. Though it says it is open on Saturdays. Would not recommend this place if you need to send a parcel, very unreliable.
