They are polite, although, the constant speaking in another language behind the counter to each other is more than annoying and rude.They made a mistake, as I ordered over the counter, but they more than satisfactorily resolved this.They just need to make things better by only speaking English, so that everyone can understand, without offense, what is going on, we do live in England after all.
