Avoid at all cost. A particular solicitor without awareness of time. Promised to get back to the other party solicitor by 27/02, she got back to me with the draft letter on 1/3 and went on holidays 2-8 March. the other party sent docs to court on 7/3. 0 understanding of time and professionalism.
