Always manage to get an appointment when needed and the reception always answer the phone. Staff are very friendly. Only down side is sometimes I've had a long wait for a booked appointment.
ALWAYS A struggle to get any appointments and when you do get there for your appointment (approx 3-6wks wait) you always have to wait 30-45mins after your appointment time to be seen. A word of warning, avoid Dr Douse like the plague. He is a VERY rude man and speaks to you very condicendinly. He lets down the practice in my opinion.On the plus side every other staff member that Ive encountered have been lovely and helpful.
Such dedicated staff. Can't fault any of them - have always gone above and beyond for us. Thank you!
Tried to book an appointment to see the Doctor and was told they can fit me in in 2 months.....! That's just shocking.
