Had a great experience using these guys car was fixed quickly and I was able to use it for holiday instead of having to hire a car, they stayed late to get my car sorted greatly appreciated
Big mistake to use this garage,I took my car in for oil change,filter change and 52points service,after I purchased a voucher from groupon.They charged me 22 extra for oil,even if they didnt mention it on the website,I wasnt bothered about this thing because it wasnt a big amount.I decided to change the spark plugs,and after the service was done,he made me a total of 200 for changing disks,break pads and spark plugs.Because I knew that the disks and pads were changed just before I bought the car in december,I found that odd and I told him that I will change just the spark plugs,and ask for a second opinion about disks and pads,and the final price that he told me on the phone was 59,97,I asked him to confirm me one more time the final price and he repeated the same amount.I went to check the progress of my car because was taking way too long,I discovered that the car was ready but the guy wasnt bothered to ring me.I went inside the office to pay my bill and when I put my card inside the machine I saw on display 79,97.I asked him why is the price changed and he said that was the initial price without VAT.I argued a bit with him but indeed I paid 79,97 and left.Today I took my car to my main dealer for another service,and as I tought my car is in perfect condition,I dont need to change disks and pads.Avoid this garage,they are trying to take money for jobs that wont be done!

Unique Car Service could be good for old cheap cars but definitely not for newest cars (2013) I booked in here through Groupon because I thought it was a proper highly garage but not what I thought!The guys who dealt with my car had the most dirtiest clothes and they just went into my car without wearing anything to protect my lovely seats!Plus I dont think they did a proper wheel trucking because I have just taken the car to a different garage and now it is perfect.Unique Car Service didnt provide me a receipt for the work they did!For what I saw I cant recommend this garage
