Never been to the store before. Phoned up to place an order. Spoke to Nick-manager. Found him to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He provided a great service and the bike was ready to ride away. Great service and would definitely use them again.

Just getting back to what it was before. The service has changed again to worst. I was quite happy with the previous staff but they are now not very helpful.The below was my previous comment which deserves 5 stars but for me is back to two. The prices are ok so that give the extra star to the shop.Much better staff. I bought three bikes in this store in the last 4 years and multiple spares and there has been a massive change. The staff is qualified, advise better and they are also much more friendly.
My bike had a jammed chain which I couldn't fix on the road. I pushed the bike for a mile and a half to Cycle King in Stony. Within a couple of hours I received a phone call saying that the bike was fixed and no charge! What a 5 star performance!
We took our two children to Cycle King in Stony Stratford to look for new bikes. We were politely acknowledged and asked if we needed any help. The guys were very knowledgeable about the bikes they were selling and were very good with our autistic child. We bought bikes and picked them up the following weekend. The whole experience was very positive and we would thoroughly recommended this store. Thank you.
