NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BADLY! Went in for a pedicure and came out in a panic attack and in floods of tears.The girl doing my feet was already in a mood before she started on my feet. I sat down and she started man handeling my feet, getting annoyed at the dead skin on my feet. Every 2 minutes she would make a point about my feet, I then got another lady who worked there staring at me also tutting loudly. I was utterly mortified and embarrassed. I explained that I have small children and work hard and I physically cant make it in every few weeks although I wish I could. She then cut my foot with a razor and claimed (at the top of her voice) I had a Verucca, which I dont. If I did I would have expected her to explain this to me quietly. I offered then for her to stop the treatment. She declined and continued. After more comments, tutting and looks, I started having a panic attack and my eyes filled with tears. I just had to get out of there and ask the lady to stop mid pedicure. I paid her and left whilst trying to catch my breath and wipe away my tears. I am still absolutely shocked at how I was treated and made to feel. I dont expect to go to a place for a pedicure and be mocked and bullied by the people who work there. Never again.
Lovely staff always friendly and my nails are looking great. Always recommend them to anyone who comments on my nails
Best place to get your feet and hands done
Came here for a manicure. I had a gift voucher for this nail salon and I am very glad I didn't have to pay. The hand massage was good but it lasted for a very short duration. I feel the whole experience was rushed as the outcome of my nail varnish was smudged and uneven. The lady doing my nails went on her phone between the process and there was a language barrier. Overall I had a poor experience. I was very disappointed!
